The Limited Edition Blu-Ray is a special edition of the Sailor Moon Crystal release. The eleventh issue contained The Blu-ray for Acts 21 and 22, the box for the complete set to fit in, a charm, and a design booklet of characters and elements appearing within the episodes.

The booklet contains an interview with singing group, Momoiro Clover Z, and seiyuus of the Spectre Sisters, Wasabi Mizuta, Tomoe Hanba, Rumi Kasahara, and Satsuki Yukino. Artwork includes Neo Queen Serenity & King Endymion, Diana, Veneti/Aquatici, Usagi in princess gown from when she was captured by Demande, and backgrounds. It also includes Osabu Vol. 11.
