It says 35 issues, but all I see is 12. Is this manga scan incomplete?
As of now, yes. Like it says above, we plan to provide them all. This page is a work in progress. The holes between 4 and 8 will be filled and everything after 12 will eventually be online. More volumes will be added in the coming months.

I just wanted to say thank you ! I now have the complete collection 1-35 but if it wasn’t for this page I would have never known I was missing 31-35. Ive been collecting these since I was a little girl !

Also was there another comic series before this mine start with Venus
there are sailor V comics/Manga that focus on her story before joining the scouts
I’m confused, do the Chix comics not start at the beginning of the story? It looks like it starts in the middle of the first arc.
Before the Chix Comics line, Tokyopop released Mixxzine which contained Sailor Moon and other franchises. The Sailor Moon story started in Mixxzine and the Chix Comics started from where Mixxzine left off.
