This download is of the Sailor Moon cosplay section from Cosmode Magazine, March 2014 issue. It features a photoshoot with models wearing sailor soldier costumes, and also includes official patterns that can be used to make your own sailor soldier uniforms at home. :)

     Hi Itsuki,

     That article probably won’t be enjoyed by the majority of visitors to this site, so I probably won’t be translating it unless by paid commission for someone who needs it to create cosplay or something. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to quote you a price for it! :)

     The file is there, however in higher download traffic moments, the “Service Temporarily Unavailable” message will show. The best advice I can give at the time is to try again at different points of time. Until I can afford a server to get around the recent bandwidth cap put on this one, there’s nothing else I can do. That process can be expedited if donations pick up and remain at a steady pace, until then, I have to wait until I have a better paying job to afford the server that’s needed.

   Hi! I am wanting to use this pattern for my own Sailor Moon cosplay but I am unable to translate a lot of this stuff and while I know that this has been up since 2014, would it still be possible to get a translation? :D
