The Limited Edition Blu-Ray is a special edition of the Sailor Moon Crystal release. The fourth issue contained The Blu-ray for Acts 7 and 8, the box for the complete set to fit in, a charm, and a design booklet of characters and elements appearing within acts 7 and 8.

The booklet contains an interview with Sako Yukie, Episode summaries and screencaps, an interview with Koshimizu Ami (Sailor Jupiter’s Seiyuu), Makoto Kino and Sailor Jupiter’s Design sheets, Sheets for Motoki, Naru, Kuri, Yumiko, Young Mamoru, Makoto’s Bento Box & Bag, Makoto’s Umbrella, Jupiter’s Henshin pen, backgrounds, and Osabu Vol. 4.
