This is a doujin by Mesutto Azarashi which revolves around an alternate world with Setsuna being a straggler until Serenity awakens her as Sailor Pluto. Included are some comedy bits with Hotaru and Chibiusa and a small bit with Minako and Haruka and Michiru.
