The Limited Edition Blu-Ray is a special edition of the Sailor Moon Crystal release. The eleventh issue contained The Blu-ray for Acts 23 and 24, the box for the complete set to fit in, a charm, and a design booklet of characters and elements appearing within the episodes.

The booklet contains an interview with the people in charge of the charm designs that are put into the BR LE sets, Nozomi Matsuura and Yukiko Kariya, and seiyuus of Esmeraude, Rubeus, and Wiseman: Hiroki Takahashi, Houko Kuwashima, and Hiroshi Iwasaki. Artwork includes Black Lady, Prince Demande, Saphir, and backgrounds. It also includes Osabu Vol. 12.
