The Limited Edition Blu-Ray is a special edition of the Sailor Moon Crystal release. The third issue contained The Blu-ray for Acts 5 and 6, the box for the complete set to fit in, two charms, and a design booklet of characters and elements appearing within acts 5 and 6.

The booklet contains an interview with Yūji Kobayashi, Episode summaries and screencaps, an interview with Rina Satō (Sailor Mars’ Seiyuu), Rei Hino and Sailor Mars Design sheets, Sheets for Zoisite’s disguise, Phobos and Deimos (Rei’s Crows), The Tsukino Family, The Moon Stick, Sailor Moon’s New Tiara, Mars’s Henshin pen, backgrounds, and Osabu Vol. 3.
