The Limited Edition Blu-Ray is a special edition of the Sailor Moon Crystal release. The fifth issue contained The Blu-ray for Acts 9 and 10, the box for the complete set to fit in, a charm, and a design booklet of characters and elements appearing within acts 9 and 10.

The booklet contains an interview with Kato Yasuhiro, Episode summaries and screencaps, an interview with Ito Shizuka (Sailor Venus’ Seiyuu), Minako Aino and Sailor Venus’ Design sheets, Sheets for Artemis, Sailor V, Cresent Boomerang, Phantom Silver Crystal, Holy Sword, Venus’ Henshin pen, backgrounds, and Osabu Vol. 5.
