The Limited Edition Blu-Ray is a special edition of the Sailor Moon Crystal release. The sixth issue contained The Blu-ray for Acts 11 and 12, the box for the complete set to fit in, a charm, and a design booklet of characters and elements appearing within the episodes.

The booklet contains an interview with series composer, Yasuharu Takanashi, Episode summaries and screencaps, an interview with Kenji Nojima (Tuxedo Mask’s Seiyuu), Tuxedo Mask & Mamoru Chiba’s Design sheets, Sheets for the Shintennou, Reika, Usagi, backgrounds, and Osabu Vol. 6.
