This is an English translation, or scanlation of Mermaid Panic volume 1 – a joint project between writer Marie Koizumi and illustrated by Naoko Takeuchi.
This book is a re-telling of the story “The Little Mermaid” by Hans Christian Anderson. There were four volumes written for this series – they are light novels with a few illustrations here and there.
This volume contains 12 chapters and an afterward.
