Sailor Moon’s 20th Anniversary Celebration in Mexico

Last weekend, Mexicans had the chance to celebrate their 20th anniversary, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. From the viewing of the Spanish-dubbed first episodes of both classic and Crystal, to a panel with the Spanish voice cast, it was an event of it’s own. Here’s some tweets from fans, who attended the event:

Wish USA had something like that. But, that’s where we got anime conventions to celebrate it, thanks to Viz Media. :D

There has been unofficial bedding sets sold on the net. But today, the Official 20th Anniversary Sailor Moon site revealed the real, official bedding set, that is going to be sold in Japan!

Hulu Goes Paid Subscriptions Only, and Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon Crystal Arrives on Yahoo!

If you’ve been watching either classic Sailor Moon and/or Sailor Moon Crystal on Hulu, the streaming service that Viz Media partnered with will be making the move to paid subscriptions only. It is unclear when the move will take place, but one interesting tidbit from CNN’s article, which you can read here, says “Users seeking free Hulu content aren’t being completely shown the door, however. There will still be ad supported programming available courtesy of the streaming platform’s growing distribution partnerships.”

In fact, Yahoo! has already started Yahoo View, a new site which will offer users free access to Hulu’s content, including Viz Media’s titles like both Sailor Moon series, which you can check out below!

It’s a nice alternative, that still goes into Hulu…but from its own site. Enjoy this new option!
